Easiest filing product.

This was a difficult filing year with all the ACA information to process. Intuit Turbo Tax makes it a simple and easy process. It helped work through the information process with a little less stress than usual. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now because you make the process straight forward and simple. You give us the chance to chose whether we want to go step by step or jump around and input information at large.
What's great about it: Ability to choose which way to input information
What's not so great: Difficulty uploading tas information
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2015 Tax Filing

Overall, Turbo Tax quite efficient and accurate.
What's great about it: Entries accomplished quickly and confidently
What's not so great: Too many steps prior to transmitting returns

This was very good for a person that is disabled and has a problem reading and consentrating on detailed information,
What's great about it: the instructions were easy to follow.
What's not so great: I found none.

This product continues to be excellent. However, there is one nagging issue that still needs a fix. When connecting to a brokerage account to download investment earnings the logic requires two accesses because when both members of a family have IRAs both will have their own SSN. The current logic works, but is awkward.
What's great about it: This is my 17th year, must be good
