Checking for mistakes

In the past Turbo Tax has always asked questions before it said everything was ok - like you had this deduction last year - did you forget to include it. This year I had nothing to trigger that - I caught it myself.
What's great about it: Like that asks so many questions to help you think of deductions
What's not so great: Gave me ok to file before my sales tax was entered

Turbo Tax is Great

I have used Turbo Tax for several years after testing Turbo Tax against Tax Cut (Tax Cut was harder to use and missed some deductions)
What's great about it: Ease of Use and Review
What's not so great: Military Spouse info was sketchy

Easy

First time using and my experience was excellent, easy to follow instructions and the program helps you get the most $$ back. I highly recommend this program to first time users!
What's great about it: east instructions
What's not so great: price to e-file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used this program to help my family do their taxes for years and have had nothing but stellar experiences. There is ample support both on the program and customer Service. I will continue to use Turbo Tax next year as well.

We Like It!

I have been using Turbo for years. I like it due to the ease with completing the taxes. I work at my own pace and pick up where I left off.
Needs have changed over the years and Turbo Tax has software for those needs
went from Business version to Deluxe version
What's great about it: Goes step by step and asks all the needed questions
