Easy as Pie

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. Made me feel confident that all income and deductions were included and everything was done correctly.
What's great about it: User friendly. Previous year's info transferred. No need to type general information over again.

when I forgot a 1099 it was so easy to file an amended return.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Pretty good

I've used Turbotax for a lot of years and it's great that it imports data from previous years. This year, the guidance somehow skipped over my business deductions. Since I knew I needed to do those, I went back and looked for them. In the end it was fine, but if you didn't know you needed to do those, TurboTax would (and did) have skipped over that section.

Good program, consistent, understandable. Shows options and scenarios if you put in different data.
What's great about it: easy to follow and understand
What's not so great: I like to see the forms, so have to look at them as I go along

Been using for the last several years and has made preparing our tax return much less stressful.
What's great about it: Remembers prior year details.
What's not so great: It's deductible wouldn't populate donation values.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
