Turbo Tax has all the questions, you just need to have the information accessible to put it in. You must take your time and read the questions. Help is very easy to search now and does a great job checking for errors!
What's great about it: Has all the questions for you to answer!!
What's not so great: Can be a bit confusing with some forms and hard to delete a form.

I think the best part of Turbo Tax is that it can go back and get last years records from my files. This is not only a time savings, but a way to check to make sure I haven't missed something.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax pretty much holds your hand and asks you questions to keep you on track.
What's not so great: None Really

I've been using TurboTax for the last decade, I love how simple it is to use, especially when it comes to the itemized deductions. Though special tax situations can be complex (like settlements, etc), it helps you through without much problems.
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: can be complex with unusual tax situations

Went to go and print my return and it told me I did not have a pdf program even though I do. So went to adobe reader opened up the file and had to print it that way.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: not reconizing programs needed

When exiting turbo tax on a mac, it does not give you the option not to save recent changes
