I have been using Turbo Tax for quite a few years now.I thought it was MUCH harder to navigate than last years version. I also thought some of the questions were vague and or misleading.

Excellent Tax Tool

Turbo Tax was able to import my prior year return, download multiple tax documents, and walk me through itemized deductions. All in all, the guided tax preparation made this one of the easier tax seasons.
What's great about it: Even with itemized deductions, it was fast
What's not so great: None
Pros: I bought or sold investments

there should be list of medical items needed before you get into the return. I had to stop in the middle of the return to get several figures together before I could go on.
Also you should explain hat the medical costs do not include the reimbursements. Because reimbursements are a separate item.

Great as usual.I had a large settlement this year and the program worked with the information and asked all the right questions to make sure that I got as many deductions as possible. While I still owe money, I feel confident that I not over paying for the tax that is due. Thanks, Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: Walked me through all the unusual income that I have had this year.
