Easy to use

Been using Turbo Tax for several years. It is easy to use and I get my taxes done quickly. Much cheaper than having them done. With the step by step question and answer format, I feel confident that I'm getting my maximum refund.

This is the third year that I've used this program, I will continue using TurboTax because it's easy. They ask all the right questions to make sure you get all the deductions you are entitled.

Relieves some of stress

TurboTax definitely makes doing my taxes easier. I stress every year and this year was particularly stressful with a change in jobs and consolidating 401ks and retirement plans. That part was a bit confusing, but I eventually figured it out. I would recommend this product.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Download from Quicken incorrectly listed dividends
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent software. Made doing taxes quite painless. I really like the walkthrough and the questions. It helped me identify things I wasd not aware of and caught a few items I missed. Nice job!

A lawyer's pleasant experience

This year the program provided for entry of "capital gain distributions" but did not seem to be able to let me enter "capital gains," which my mutual fund does not distribute. So I had to cheat and put them under cgd. I don't recall this problem in prior years.
What's great about it: Very efficient and a mathematical wizard.
What's not so great: A missing category

Makes tax preparation as simple and painless as you want it to be. Allows you to do all or part manually, or will walk you through the return, making it a good fit for everyone. Helps you file the return with the knowledge that it's accurate and got you the best outcome possible.
