Just so easy!

Would recommend to folks. However, I must stipulate that my financial situation is not complicated.
What's great about it: Walks you through each area
What's not so great: Some of the language is confusing.

TT generates NJ tax form NJ-BUS-1 out of nowhere and asks to enter Fed ID of the business even I don't enter any business income. Had answered no to each business income questions in federal side of income..
It is a software glitch and should be fixed by TT.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate
What's not so great: Unnecessary forms are generated by TT gives an unnecessary errors.

Turbo Tax Good But?

Past versions of Turbo Tax was much more friendly and easier to use. This version does not explain where they get the information that automatically populates the form or ask where to find information that can be imported to the form?
The security part of the program is outstanding and I like the way they let you get a pin number from IRS. The State Tax part of the program was much better than the Federal part
What's great about it: Better Security.
What's not so great: Not as user friendly as past software

Like to do my taxes myself and Turbo Tax just makes it so much easier. When I'm done, I'm confident it is correct and that it has walked me through every step of the process, and also lets me know there are no red flags that may cause a rejection or delay.
What's great about it: Sense of security & confidence it gives me
What's not so great: Think we should get one free state e-file

Fairly simple and User friendly

This product was extremely user friendly. The language used in the interviews were easy to understand with sub menus that addressed various subjects pertaining to my taxes. The E-file for the state could extend to more than just one, but for the over all package, it seems like a good deal for the money. I would recommend this product to friends and family..
What's great about it: Walk-thru interviews in terms that are easy to understand
What's not so great: in some cases previous info did not map over to new document
