online payment

tried to make a payment online when buying the state taxes - could not accept payment . keep telling me internet was down but i was online at other sites- had to call and agent to get taxes filed.
What's great about it: good instructions
What's not so great: payment online seems to be down all the time
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I had a baby

Only thing I struggled with was room and board portion of daughter's scholarship. But I went to the IRS doc. TurboTax referenced and was able to figure out how to handle.
What's great about it: step-by-step guidance makes it easy to use

I have been using turbotax for over 16 years and I am very happy with it. Some of the questions do not apply to me and you keep asking the over and over. It should know from last year what questions to ask

2015 Turbo Tax

By far the fastest and easiest yet. It pulled all my info from my W-2 so the chances for errors were even less than in the past.
What's great about it: Quickest and Easiest version yet!

Great program. I get so frustrated with numbers and small print. This program makes doing my taxes very tolerable. Thank you.
What's great about it: All great. Walks you through. After a couple of years of using it, the process gets shorter.
