Bumpy and end.

I have been happy whith the whole process except at the very end I got into a round about with Adobe etc trying to obtain a print for my file and to ensure the e-mail file was actually sent.
What's great about it: Most of the return
What's not so great: bumpy when trying to print a copy and check if e-mail was sent

Reliable

I've been using TurboTax for many, many years - before using it, i would have to obtain tax forms at the Federal building downtown, read the instructions, return to the Federal building for the forms that I forgot, re-read the instructions, call the IRA (a hopeless exercise). Very laborious. Now... the forms that I need are provided by TurboTax and calculations are done automatically - even redone, if I make a change on any form.
It is a deal! Also, I don't need a CPA or tax preparation firm - who charges a great deal more than the cost of T Tax.

2015 - done and clean

Was walked through the deduction questions one by one and the software provides mostly good explanations of what each deduction is about.
The exception is needs more detailed explanation when someone will be claimed as a dependent on another tax return as to how to best handle education expenses.
What's great about it: My situation is simple, took 40 minutes to complete; mine is one of 5 returns to use the software.
What's not so great: Could use more explanations.

I've been using TTax Deluxe for over 10yrs. I can always get done in less than 2 hrs. I've been always able to find the right forms for interest, dividends, home sales, and now tuition fellowship.
Cons: Stopping support of XP.
Great product. I did not see expenses for tax form prep like in past years.
What's great about it: Comparison to past returns. Mistake proofing on deductions
What's not so great: HSA is confusing. Could be simpler

I use Turbo Tax every year. My taxes are not complicated l;ike most Americans these days. Turbo Tax works the best for me.
