Turbo Tax Deluxe

I used TurboTax Deluxe for my 2015 Federal and State Taxes and was very impressed with how easy and fast the software is to use. I was able to upload my W-2 and the values populate throughout the program. By the time I am ready to do my state taxes, it literally only takes seconds to complete my state return. I highly recommend TurboTax for its convenience, ease, and accuracy.
What's great about it: Efficient, convenient, fast
What's not so great: Takes a bit of time to upload but a minor inconvenience

Have been using TurboTax for 10+ years and have been extremely satisfied with the product & process. Have also recommended it to others due to the ease of use and completeness of the process.
What's great about it: Easy, straightforward and complete
What's not so great: the "Search" window wasn't what I expected and also took way too long to display

OVERALL TREMENDOUS AS ALWAYS. IN THE NYS RETURN "THERE IS ONE TOO MANY CHARACTERS IN THE EMPLOYER NAME". IT TOOK ENTIRELY TOO LONG TO GET TO BE ABLE TO CORRECT THAT. THERE WAS NO INSTRUCTION AS TO HOW, AND ALSO, WHY DIDNT THAT ISSUE COME UP FROM THE FEDERAL RETURN OR COPY DIFFERENTLY. THATS IT. OTHER WISE WONDERFUL.
What's great about it: INFORMATION TRANSFERRED; EASY TO FOLLOW, EXPLANATIONS WERE CLEAR
What's not so great: FIXING AN ERROR

82 years old - User of TTax for over 20 years

All good for me! I find the package very easy to use,

New Experience - Great TurboTax Results

I'm a long time user of Turbo Tax Deluxe. This year my old PC's hard drive completely failed while my family's returns were in various stages of completion. I had to purchase a new PC. I was able to reinstall my TurboTax on my new PC and recover my 2015 completed and in process returns from backed up versions. Up and running quickly on new PC and was able to finalize and file all returns with no issues. Thank you TurboTax
What's great about it: Easy recovery from PC hard drive failure
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

What's great about it: GUIDES YOU THROUGH ALL THE STEPS, HELPS GET REFUNDS NOT EXPECTING
