Awesome product!

Used Turbo Tax for 3 years now. Love the ease and the cost savings. Make sure you separate your totals prior to starting, makes it easier.
What's great about it: So easy!! Saves money and time.
What's not so great: none.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax always come through like a charm. Never gives us any trouble or wrong info, very simplified and fast!

Another Good Year

This year's version of turbo tax picked up right where I left off last year. Functionality is still very similar so easy to pick back up. I did have a few things that did not follow the main topics exactly. The Turbo Tax Q&A help already had the answers published. Great product & support.
What's great about it: Picks up right where I left off last year, quick, easy
What's not so great: The state review is not as user friendly as the federal

Had a problem with the updater. It would not update. I was sent a manual update that worked very well. I am done and taxes files.
What's great about it: I had a problem and got a quick easy fix.

turbo tax was great they walked me through all the questions, which was great for me as I'm not very good with computers. This is a great tool for seniors, who says we can't learn new things.This will be my go to tax prep.
