2015 Tax Review

TT is a good product and convenient for working people on the go, especially when dealing with moderate tax situations. We'll be likely using TT next year, too.
What's great about it: Well organized and saves me time chasing down forms
What's not so great: Don't like the credit card use fees

I trust TurboTax to guide me through complicated tax issues giving me every deduction I am entitled to receive.
What's great about it: Guided me through tough college expense year with children.
What's not so great: Nothing comes to mind.

I will recommend to everyone. This is the easiest and most convenient way to file. I wish i did not have to pay to e-file
What's great about it: convenience, step by step instruction, user friendly
What's not so great: having to pay an fee to e-file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Max Refund

I have used turbo tax for 15 years and they keep making good products that I will keep using them to keep getting me my max refund available to me and my wife. The product is so easy to use and very accurate with the calculations.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow
What's not so great: very good product
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

That's a relief

It's such a relief to be able to do my taxes from my home. The menus are a helpful guide and the audit check adds a degree of security and peace of mind.
What's great about it: It was very comprehensive
What's not so great: the menus were sometimes confusing

Go the extra mile

Clear, concise, accurate easy to use tool.
Terrible feedback on return status from IRS. Since it is your tool that I am using, leverage should be applied by your organization to the IRS to ensure timely, accurate feedback regarding the status of processing my return. A complete failure on this point. I have my refund in my bank account at this point, but the IRS is still saying that my return is being processed. The same can be said of another family member's return. That part is broken and needs immediate fixing. It was one of the best features in years past. Not this year though.
What's great about it: Clear, concise, accurate easy to use tool.
What's not so great: Terrible feedback on return status from IRS
