What's great about it: Intuitive
What's not so great: Lengthy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy Money

Awesome program...makes doing the annual deed soooo much easier. Takes the work out of it...not to mention the insurance that every step has been taken to get you the biggest bang for your buck in terms of a return.
What's great about it: Clean and easy to use

I guess I'll get a refund this time?

Used Turbo Tax last year and owed money even though I made less. This year made more and getting a refund. My life has literally not changed except my income... I always got a refund in previous years using TurboTax. I don't know how this worked out but let's see what happens.

Whew! that's done

This was my first experience with turbo tax. It took me step-by-step through the process and there were links to help with questions. Each step takes a little time to enter if you are filing schedules, but well worth it. When I ran into a problem I was able to contact a live person, who was eventually able to walk me through my issue. Melanie was courteous, and patient with me and always pleasant. She stayed on the line until I could complete the entire return.
What's great about it: step-by-step, with helpful explanations, live help
What's not so great: this took a long time,

Turbo Tax is the easiest way to file your taxes

I love Turbo Tax. I have been using it for over 10 years now and have never had an issue with my taxes, it is clear and concise and the e-filing makes it that much better.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: sometimes when you go to find a specific form it doesn't return the correct information
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
