Almost all of the questions are frustrating and obtuse! Some items are explained to DEATH while others are not explained well at all!

I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years and it always amazes me how fast and simple it makes filing taxes. I will continue to use it for my tax purposes!

I was charged for State Refund

I bought Deluxe which was supposed to have State included.
Then, when I went to file, I wasn't allowed to file until I purchased the State return also.
Then, when I went to file, I wasn't allowed to file until I purchased the State return also.
I'm not liking Turbo Tax.

Updates to Turbo Taxes

The 2015 version is much quicker with updates than the past versions. More user friendly when correcting errors than in the past also. State Income tax preparation using this year's Turbo Tax was easier and quicker.
