I've used TurboTax for many years now. I like that the download version will automatically search for the previous year's return and preload information for you. The federal return is easy to do, especially if you use ItsDeductible to calculate the value of donations.
The state returns (Iowa and Nebraska) are trickier to do than the federal. It gives a list of weird names of credits and asks if you have any of them. I guess I would know if I did. On one worksheet, I needed to state check 12 months or less than 12 months. I already indicated I lived in one state the entire year, so that couldn't be what was being asked. I have no idea what it was about. This isn't the first time I've had trouble with a state return.
Summary - does a great job on federal returns; state returns are not as easy.

2015 Return

Overall positive rating.
What's great about it: Quick and easy. Could choose the sections I needed to be walked through.
What's not so great: Problems when boxes on W2-G were blank.

Quick & Easy

It's strange but I almost look forward to doing my taxes using TurboTax. Having last years info as a guide allows me to check on the numbers for Form-1040 for this year and see first hand how they compare. This alone makes using TurboTax a 'must-have' piece of tax software. When the final check on my entries is working and the 'no problems' note pops up I feel great about the job I've done.
I will continue using TurboTax for my taxes- it is without a doubt the best tax software available.
What's great about it: No confusion from questions and a clear format
What's not so great: None

Great Software

Software makes filing easy; however there is a bug in the verification process when you log into Turbo Tax Advantage. I get sent a code to my cell, but every time I enter it, it tells me the code is incorrect or expired. This happened several times.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes filing EASY!
What's not so great: Verification Code has bugs in it.

Used Turbotax since the Ninties

My tax form is so simple that I really don't need any software package, but I've used Turbotax since it first became available, and I can't seem to stop using it because it is so convenient.
