I think something was screwy with the software this year...it did not take me through my 1099 biz expenses. I think there is a glitch. I think I probably failed to get full deductions but my 1099-MISC is a relatively smaller portion of my total income and I didn't have time to continue tearing my hair out figuring out what was wrong with the software this year.

Confirm issues

I would like like a radio button to hit that go directly to the form/s you may me entering data for, at any given time.
I would perfer not to have to go hunting for it.

What's great about it: Easy transfer of prior year taxes.
What's not so great: Its seems to get lost when you go back to change or add something. Not good for, seeing the impact of different IRA amts

Great Refund

I love the program and have recommended to my friend's every year.
What's great about it: I have used Tubo Tax for over 5 years and it is GREAT. So easy to use.
What's not so great: Sometimes I am confused, but if I look at the Learn More section it usually explains it.

We've used TurboTax since 2005, and every year it gets easier. Starting with pulling over last year's return so that you don't have to re-enter all of that information again. Step by step process makes it so easy.
I somehow forgot to record our childcare expenses this year, but fortunately TurboTax caught that and took me right to the form I needed to complete. This added a substantial amount to our refund. We are very please with this software.

Mostly positive experience

TurboTax reminded us of deductions we hadn't used before, which gave us refunds this year!
However, we had to do some digging in our personal files for last year's return, due to a $50 discrepancy in a line item.
However, after going to the help window, it told us how to fix it & even though it didn't seem quite an way to handle the error, it did resolve the issue.

Love Using TurboTax!

I've been using TurboTax since 2009. I love it! It guides you straight through it and will help you with any questions. It also refers you to the IRS publications if you need further details. I totally recommend using TurboTax to assist you in filing your taxes.

I use this to do my returns and my parents. Greatest thing is that it uploads needed information from year to year. The check at the end helps you find some errors.
What's great about it: Download a lot of the infomration
