I like turbotax

Easy Refund

I used final check stubs and information from banks and credit cards to obtain data for filing, then had to wait for the actual income information to come in before filing. Efiling state costs almost as much as my refund, so I had to print and file it by mail.
What's great about it: Easily loaded, and quickly completed.
What's not so great: State efile returns should also be free.

Great product

I have purchased Intuit Turbo tax in the past and last year I used a tax preparation firm and Turbo tax is so much better. All of the tax knowledge and security with no hassles. Awesome product.
What's great about it: Simple, well directed
What's not so great: Some of the wording is misleading

I really had an easy time preparing my taxes using turbo tax. This program is was much easier than I thought it would be.

I just did my taxes for about the 15th year in a row and the program is always upgrading and getting better. This year was the easiest ever. This program was well worth the money.
What's great about it: Comprehensive and easy

I like the service and I have used it for several years - I just don't think I should have to pay extra for an e-file for the state return.

using turbotax for ever, tried others like H&R Block, no comparison I don't think I will ever change to another tax program, other programs are free or cost less, but they are not as easy to use or even understand like yours, keep up your good work..........
