I have been using this product for years and now that my company has partner with you (second year in a row) It has made doing my taxes even better. I have seen great improvement over the years, but what impressed me most this year, was the information on how I can get my prior tax information off several family member computers and how to store then all together on new lap top was very helpful.
What's great about it: I liked the additional information as how to get my prior years returns off several family member computers
What's not so great: needs a search engine, as I had trouble finding were I to get fl state sale tax credit

Better mostly, but clunkier integration w/ Quicken

This year It took multiple re-dos to get the import from Quicken to work. It should just work automaigically. They've been "improving" this for years,
What's great about it: efiling, step by step
What's not so great: integration with Quicken worse

Easy to follow

Had new income (interest from series EE bonds) and my first MRD. Both were easy to find help to enter on my return. This made doing this return easy!
What's great about it: Help with first time new income
What's not so great: Have to keep going to bottom of page to continue with return

Refund

I have used Turbo Tax for several years. It is not the lottery so I have not received my millions of dollars in refunds but I have totaled the highest amount possible. My wife always wants to see more in our checks but when we spend hours redoing the taxes the amount never changes. It is a good program and I finally have her convinced to just do it once. Yay!
What's great about it: Low stress just answer questions
What's not so great: Sometimes there are soooo many questions

Great software

It has always been easy to use no matter what type of income you have. Step by step=way use a tax person and pay extra.
What's great about it: Easy to use, used it for years
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
