So easy to use!!

This is the easiest method for compiling and filing taxes. I am a multi-year user and can't imagine using anything else. Turbo Tax makes it so easier to get my taxes completed and filed and I have every confidence they get me my biggest refund. The ability to import previous years information helps me to see the advances I've made and make sure I didn't miss anything that I listed last year. Love it!!
What's great about it: Importing last years info, guiding me through the process
What's not so great: No cons!!

Efile state charge & Won't Load on Mac

I've used TurboTax for may years. Once, I tried a different tax software to save $15 and came back to TurboTax. This years version one was the most clunky and disappointing. Upfront, I realize some of the problems were related to health care and new regulations released late.
My disappointment is the charge to file my state returns. Additionally, when I purchased TurboTax in the box, I thought the software would work on either Mac or Windows. My Mac would not recognize the disk. Then I copied the disk to a flash drive and tried to load the software to the Mac. That didn't work. Finally, I gave up and loaded the software on my Windows machine. Thank God, I had a Windows computer.
What's great about it: Walks you through every thing & tranfers from last year
What's not so great: Would not load on a Mac, Cost to efile state return

Check formula on Medical Miles ( not the one on separate worksheet , but on the main entry window ??

What's not so great: Medical Mile reimmbursement formula is not $1.00/mile.

No one compares to "Turbo Tax"

First let me start by saying, I love the commercials for Turbo Tax in 2016.
They are not an exaggeration of ease they are spot on.
I do my return and several family members. They all think I am some type of goddess and that I spend hours doing their tax returns. Little do they know how easy it is and that they could do these themselves, Shhhhh don't tell them. I have been using Turbo tax for many years and have never had issues. Even if there were correction to the program they are on it and you receive updates regularly. Turbo Tax keep up the great job of stay up to date with the constantly changing government program. The government and we the people are very fortunate that you have made the ugly process of doing taxes something the average Joe can do easily and inexpensively. THANK YOU TURBO TAX

2015 Return

As a business professional, I appreciate a software that is user friendly and easy to understand. I can complete it when time allows with my hectic business schedule and I break it up into segments of time. I am always grateful for how easy Turbo Tax makes this process.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
