i love the product.

other than the access to a cloud version. no complaints.
What's great about it: easy to file. updates, and i feel secure
What's not so great: i would like to be able to download a free copy when i purchase the disc. i have to do my taxes on my old laptop

This my 4th or 5th year using Turbo Tax. That says it all. I have no interest in trying other tax programs or paying someone else to do my return.

Painless

I've used TurboTax in the past but switched to a competitive product last year due to changes TurboTax made to their product. I returned to TurboTax this year because the product I used last year was not as complete did not include a means to file the School Tax that I needed to submit. I learned my lesson and it looks like TurboTax did as well.
What's great about it: Easy to use, intuitive, complete
What's not so great: Who wants to do taxes?

Overall very good; have no reason to switch to anyone else
What's great about it: Easy to use; can do at my own pace; like the audits at end for peace of mind
What's not so great: The fees for filing
