ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH TURBO TAX. HAVE BEEN DOING MY TAXES FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH TURBO TAX. iF YOU ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM, ITS NORMALLY RESOLVED THROUGH THE ON LINE HELP QUESTIONS OR USER CHATS.
What's great about it: EASY TO FOLLOW
What's not so great: SOMETIMES UPDATES WILL NOT WORK FROM PROGRAM

Done early and easy again...

I've tried other programs and I keep coming back to TurboTax. It flows logically to help insure that you touch all the bases and it still lets you break away or override things to address your unique circumstances.
What's great about it: Straight forward to use. Easy to make changes. Helpful steps so you don't miss anything.
What's not so great: Having to click past the first screen, EVERY TIME that I use the program. The constant sales pitches are annoying.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Love the ease and thoroughness of the software. It walks me thru all areas of my filing and I feel like I am getting the best possible refund.
What's great about it: gives me all the areas to look for deductions

For the last two years I used a different tax site and both times they did my state taxes wrong. This year I am going back to TurboTax since I never had a problem before! Using TurboTax is simple, easy and I never doubt they are accurate!
Only downside is that you have to pay separate for state e-file, even if you bought the Deluxe with state... oh well, will print and mail.
What's great about it: step by step walk through
What's not so great: no free state e-file

What's great about it: Very straight forward program, I have used this for years and it keeps getting better and better!!!
What's not so great: the only difficulty I had was signing up for he Audit Defense, had to call couldn't do it online.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
