Does the job

Turbo Tax has all the options that we need for our taxes. We have tried other tax preparation software and like Turbo Tax the best.
What's great about it: I have used turbotax for years and it does the job for us.
What's not so great: Like the Deluxe version better than the Basic version

This was really easy!

So thankful to be able to correctly file my taxes in an easy and orderly way! I saved $100.00!!!
It took 2 hours because I did not use Turbo Tax last year. Next year I should finish in 1 Hour at the most because I wont need to re-enter most of my information again! Thanks God for bringing Turbo Tax into my life!

Even though I'm an educated woman, I'm not educated in finance and sometimes the directions were a little hard to understand.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have always liked how easy it is to use. It walks you through each phase and makes preparing tax returns not so frightening.
This year I was very disappointed to be charged to e-file my state return and may look for different options next year.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
What's not so great: Cost to file state tax return

Turbotax 2015

Works well for me year in and year out. For some reason I ended up entering my W2 information manually because it did not appear to be retrieved automatically from the previous year, but then I got to the W2 confirmation page and ended up having to delete the two W2s that apparently had been automatically retrieved or uploaded. Oh well, no big deal.
What's great about it: Familiar based on previous years' use. Intuitive approach.
