OVERALL, I LOVE TURBO TAX. I WILL FOREVER USE TURBO TAX. ALTHOUGH I HAD SOFTWARE UPDATE ISSUES, TURBO TAX TOOK MY HAND AND LED ME TO THE PROMISE LAND.
What's great about it: THIS PROGRAM ACTS AS IF A VIRTUAL TAX PERSON IS SITTING WITH ME
What's not so great: WHEN I HAD TO UPDATE THE SOFTWARE, IT FROZE MY COMPUTER
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Makes tax return preparation less painful

The transfer of information from year to year, together with listing of entries from previous year, simplifies return preparation. You can choose whether to go step by step or speed your way through. I've had no problems with the program over more than a decade of use.
What's great about it: transfer of info from year to year, convenient entry of info, helpful prompts
What's not so great: resetting my password was impossible one day (but easy the next)

Easy to Use

This was a fairly simple return and gathering the data took far longer than actual entry. It really helps to have used TurboTax before so you know what questions to expect. Math errors are eliminated as are number transpositons between various forms. .
What's great about it: Data Transferred onto proper forms
What's not so great: Lost of questions

EASY FOR SURE

I just like the ease of the product to file my tax returns. Turbo Tax walked me through gradually and prompted me for information and told me where I could find information. I also had some questions because I have started to receive Medicare in the last year and received some tax forms I hadn't seen before. No problem for Turbo Tax. The Help Center helped me understand what to do with the information on the forms.
GREAT PRODUCT!!!!
What's great about it: Step by step was walked through the tax filing process.
What's not so great: None

I couldn't file my state tax electronically, because I couldn't get my userid and password straightned out, so I finally decided to use the mail option.
