printing instruction not easy to understand.

Hassle Free

Less stressful than going to a tax agency. Simple straight forward questions. Seems to cover everything needed.
What's great about it: Being able to do it at my pace, in my spare time.
What's not so great: Seeing my money go to the Government. NOT your fault though. LOL

Dependent Status

During the entry of my dependents, Turbo Tax told me that my oldest was NOT a dependent. Yet, when the return was filed, it marked my oldest AS a dependent.
What's great about it: Was quick to go thru the screens entering tax information
What's not so great: Got the status of a dependent wrong

Thanks for making a product that is so easy to use! It went quickly, too, which was a nice surprise. All of the automatic loading of info from my W-2, and carrying over info from Federal to State made the software well worth the money!
What's great about it: quick, loved that it prefilled info from last year & into state, and that my w-2 could be automatically entered as well.
