Super Easy This Year!!!

What's great about it: Good Step by Step Directions
What's not so great: Zip Zero Nada

easy to use

this was the first time i used turbotax to file an older freturn. i found it still helpful but not as easy as when i have filed within the tax year.
What's great about it: plug and play, does most of the work
What's not so great: a little more challenging when you are filing older returns

this is a simple and easy to use package. Just enter your w-2 & 1099 info and it takes care of the rest.

I must be honest its easy as 1,2,3 the auto fill option is wonderful . Another plus is the tech support which i had to use and the gentleman that helped me was very patient and helpful so on a scale of 1-10 i will give a 10 and once i receive my refund then i will give a 100.

It's ok but.....

It's fine as it goes but I probably had to enter name, address, tele # and SSN 4-5 times? I believe if you gave it some effort I'd only have to enter this info once, right? You just have to be willing to invest in your product and not continue to live on old, outdated software to maximize your profits. That's a sure way to lose customers.
Another thing ... consider PayPal as alternative payment to credit cards. I almost decided to not e-file because of this. I'll be looking for this option, printed on your product box, for next year.

I have used Turbotax for 20 years and this was the easiest to use version yet. No problems just simple to use for both Federal and State.
What's great about it: Easy to follow step by step or just go where you know you need to go.
