Turbo Tax Deluxe

I have been using Turbo Tax for year; love the coverage it provides so you don't miss anything. The one thing I don't like is when you need to enter multiple W-2G forms from the same casino. It requires you to type the address of each one. It should give you either a drop down of what you have already entered, or allow you just to enter the payee id, and then prefill the rest. Very annoying.
What's great about it: Does the math, walks you through all the scenarios
What's not so great: for W-G2 forms, requires you to enter the address of the payee on each one.

Bug in CD version

The CD version will not let you get Child Tax Credit if you do not have SSN/ITIN for child while online version does allow. Now, because of this I had to enter a dummy SSN, go and get a white-out and write APPLIED later while paper-filing. Not so happy with this purchase and hassle. Apart from this one issue, it is awesome!! very user friendly.

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly

I spent way too much time trying to figure out how to add a spouse's birthdate after personal info had been entered. Was filing married, separately. Couldn't find any help. Had to figure it out on my own. Had to go back and change filing status to married filing jointly to do it, then go back and change filing status back to married, separately again.
What's great about it: Does the work/calculation for you. Confidence in the correctness.
What's not so great: Editing personal info

User Friendly

It is a wonderful tool and so far last five years I was filing through H&R and now I feel I should have tried through Turbotax. I am sure to recommend every one and do not hesitate.
What's great about it: easy to understand and file
What's not so great: online support to be improved upon

Realy easy to follow. Easy to get answers for questions. I liked being able to start online and finish when I got the CD for home computer.
What's great about it: I like the new option to photo snap your W2s, easy to use

I've used Turbo Tax for for many years as a small business with ease and no problems. The step by step process of inputting info makes errors almost impossible to do.
