Still Great

Have been using Turbotax for many years now. (Really can't remember how long.) I switched to another brand one time and quickly decided Turbotax was the best.
May be my imagination but 2015 edition seemed the easiest yet.

Turbo Tax has been my source of filing for several years now and it only gets better.
I would like to have a simpler version that incudes state filing. I am retired and use the standard deduction so most of the Deluxe version is wasted.

can't print my returns

Very unhappy with no tech support an felt it was very cheesy for the only help to be on a forum of users who also had no answers.
What's great about it: going through turbo tax is super easy
What's not so great: No tech line to call or even email

Undue Delay

Had I waited until just before the filing deadline I would not have been able to file my State Taxes on time by mail. This is the first year I have run into this problem with your product.
What's not so great: Long delay (3 days) in clearing "do not file" overprint from state tax return (ohio)

I am using a specific example to illustrate my observations.
Charitable Donations.
This year you carried over the donations from 2014 which I appreciate. As I have about 50 donations, I don't have to enter that Organizations name (without an address).
When I finished an entry and clicked on "Done", the screen returned to the previous page. But it did not return to the location on the page where the recent entry was located. Instead, I was at the top of page and had to scroll down to find the next item to update or delete. It woule be much easier to be returned to the next entry on the screen.

Prior year data.
If you have last year's data available, would it be possible to permit the user to look at a copy of the same entry being worked? It might help, in case something was forgotten.

No Stress

I like everything about Turbo Tax. Downloaded to my computer, imports data from the previous years tax return, quick & easy to use even when itemizing, and e-files. Done in a day! What more could I ask for?
