Always dependable!

I have used Turbo Tax for many, many years. It has always been easy to use and when I had to contact customer support they were very helpful.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is the best, easy to use, always accurate.
What's not so great: I like it all.

Excellent Choice!

Well worth the cost. It's very accurate and walks you through everything step by step. I had problems deleting an amended state tax form but customer service helped me through the process.
What's great about it: Easy to Use, Quick Refund!
What's not so great: Hard to delete forms when you make a mistake

Always my go-to for tax season

I can't help but rave about the simple and easy nature of using TurboTax. I don't know how many of my friends I have convinced to turn to TurboTax instead of places like H&R Block. I am always stress free when it comes to tax season and I owe it all to this amazing product!
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I started using Turbo Tax over 10 years ago because a friend referred me to it, I've been using it ever since. It is very easy to use and walks you through the entire process. I've recommended it to my family who now uses the same software to file her tax returns.
What's great about it: Easy to use

Love it! I use Turbo Tax every year. I prepare returns for me and my family. It's easy, fast, and accurate.
What's great about it: Using turbo tax is really easy as fast.
What's not so great: Screen size could be larger (larger font size)

Some problems this year

When adjusting my clergy income by my clergy housing allowance, the total income equals zero. Unfortunately Turbo Tax assumes a zero means I didn't enter anything. I have to "jury-rig" the system by entering a false amount so that I have at least $1 of income. The difference in my case was over $400 in my tax refund. Every year clergy housing gets more & more complicated on Turbo Tax, even though no changes have been made in the tax law. It would be nice if Turbo Tax could add a couple of input pages to simplify this process.
What's great about it: Continues to rollover various items from previous years. That alone makes Turbo Tax worth the money
