Fast and Direct

I was able to do my returns in one day by following the step by step sequence in each section, the income part, the deductions part and the final sections. I am confident I am getting my maximum refund and I feel secure that the calculations were done right.
What's great about it: Was able to do my returns in one day. TurboTax walked me through all the steps in an easy to follow sequence.
What's not so great: Had to add some data twice

Survived another tax filing

I am over 80 and could have obtained help from my son-in-law but did not need it. Hope I survive to file again

I found the program to be easy to understand and use. Any questions I had were answered with the help and learn more portions of the system. I enjoyed using Turbo-Tax this year as I have for the past 15 years at least.
What's great about it: Program is very easy to use.

Wow-exceptional software and customer support help

It is awesome that not only is Turbo Tax easy to use, but real customer support is there. I had two specific questions that I could not find on the community question/answer area. I called a Turbo Tax customer service representative and the person was knowledgeable and answered both of my questions.
I've used Turbo Tax for years and HIGHLY recommend this product.
What's great about it: Extremely user friendly
What's not so great: Absolutely no cons
