I Feel Like a "Self Genius!"

Like - Questions & Answers Format, Ease of jumping back to see forms, and E-filing process.

Perhaps ADD a hover bubble that gives more details to the items being "hovered" over in the forms section.
What's great about it: Question & Answer #fill in the blanks# Format
What's not so great: Interrelated Items become confusing - Thank you IRS :(

What's great about it: Simple flow. Year over year data copying is SO helpful!
What's not so great: State return is not as easy to use as Fed.

Totally wiped out - required complete redo

I let the software update itself on 2/19/2016 and the first screen opened my file with correct data. Then it switched to 2014 data file and my 2015 data file {which was completed} was GONE.
Had to do it all over again.

What's not so great: After an "update" my entire completed file reverted back to 2014

Turbo Tax does a good job - I've been using it for years.
What's great about it: Fast calulations
What's not so great: a couple of bugs this year - question loop and incorrect codes
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using Turbo Tax to prepare my returns for many years. During that time I have come to trust its accuracy and up-to-date information. I will continue to use Turbo Tax for many years to come.
What's great about it: Ease in completing my return.
What's not so great: None

Overall easy to use - been using it for over ten years and so far only one instance where the software had a glitch (a couple of years back).
What's great about it: Like the guidance provided thru Q&A.
What's not so great: Sometimes unsure of some items and need to go back and forth.

2015 Tax Year

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years and have had no difficulties using the program. I find TT easy to use, and it makes filing taxes using simple questions that are very understandable. I don't have complicated tax issues, so it's not too difficult for me to use. A lot better to use TT than pay a fee to have an accountant or tax professional prepare my taxes.
What's great about it: Adequately provided all necessary forms and very easy to understand
What's not so great: Just that I am not totally sure all deductions and credits are applied, but I trust that they are
