So easy

I have used Turbtax tax for the past 6 or 7 years. We have used it from owning a business on into retirement and it has been so easy to use. So much better than paying an accountant for the same service.
What's great about it: The ease of walking through each item in each section.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Went from having a business to just having SS income. Turbo Tax made it all very easy.

I purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe again this year and the product worked well for me. But this year the Deluxe verison did not include a state product as it did last year so I was upset to learn that I would need to purchase the state as another expense. You should be provide the same product each year or make it clear that you are increasing the price.

I used to enjoy doing our taxes the old fashioned way, but I'm a devoted Turbo Tax user! So simple and user friendly! Will always use it, highly recommend you do, too!

All in all a very good tax program. For the most part it gives clear simple instructions that are very easy to follow. My only concern is the print module. It doesn't tell you that it is starting your browser and taking you to a web site. I wish it did that before hand. Other than that, no compaints.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: Print Module could use a little work.
