Went quick after I had collected all the info I needed. At the end I needed to go back to forms to fix an error, not so easy.
What's great about it: Used last years data, made my work easier
What's not so great: Not easy to go back to correct details, at end, wher typo errors found

Seamless, Smooth, and Smiling!

Once again TurboTax provided seamless importation of my previous year's info. The whole process was smooth, once again. And I am left smiling. Period, Amen.
What's great about it: Once again TurboTax worked flawlessly.
What's not so great: Why are states still charging for e-filing? It would seem to me that it would be money well spent to make it free.

Problems

I was able to use Turbotax Delux to do my Federal and State taxes but it was very difficult to pay for to state tax fee!!
What's great about it: Program was extremely difficult to run on WIn XP

Wont let me E-file

Program has a major problem, it wont let me E-file. Get an error message everytime and then the program closes down and I have to recover my data. Then it wont let me E-file again. It wont let me add my credit card info to cover the WI State Tax charge.
What's not so great: Wont let me E-fil

Maid my filing easy

I had a problem with the state return. I did not realize that you get one state download with the deluxe version and you showed me how to g back into the program and download it. Thanks
What's great about it: the way you check for mistakes.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Every few years, I issue 1099-MISC to other individuals. It would be nice to have a special cue such as: Did you issue 1099-MISC forms or other salaries?"
In the state form, the location to input contributions to 529 accounts also could use some more specificity.
It also seemed that I repeatedly entered the same information on vehicles and some 1099-DIV over and over each time I went back to work on the forms. I saved before exiting each time, but the data were erased.
These are nit picky points. 95% of the experience of working with TurboTax has been smooth sailing.
What's great about it: Guidance through the steps is easy and nicely laid out.
What's not so great: Without getting the business versions, some of the places where I need to enter data were hard to find.See below for mor

TT 2015

Have used TT for decades, and it keeps getting better. Thanks for putting investments and business back into Deluxe. Only problem I've had in the past, though not this year, is getting Form 1116 correctly linked into the tax credit section.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Great E&O checking.
