Takes the Fear out of Filing

Was impressed with guided tour, the additional explanations were most helpful.
First time I've done this myself in 12 years - couldn't believe how easy it was to answer the questions. Would recommend havng ALL paperwork at the ready to make a smooth process. I had to do a bit of extra running. Will definitely use TurboTax again.
What's great about it: Easy to answer guided questions that ensure the client is maximizing the software.

Why does it not print!

What's great about it: walks thru it in easy steps to understand
What's not so great: final return saved as PDF but it will not print me a copy even after the print command. .
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

First time E-filer

TurboTax process easy to follow and walks you through everything. You need to do details to get full benefit. As a first time e-filer I was a bit nervous about security but seems fine.
What's great about it: Easy to follow.
What's not so great: A bit confusing on fees at the end.

such a breeze that previous info is entered for you...saves sooo much time.
What's great about it: all of last years info entered automatically this year!
What's not so great: wich I could see all reports after checking for accuracy

Easy and Fast

It is so easy to import data for W2's and from my financial firm. Not having to enter line after line of stock sales is very convenient. I love the import features. The rest is just answering questions. Anyone can do their taxes with turbo tax!!

I'm not a very computer literate person....but Turbo Tax is one of the easiest programs to work with.....Finished my taxes in less than an hour....Woo Hoo !!!!

TurboTax is a Godsend for me. I used to pay several hundred dollars a year for a very nice person to do what I now do in 30 minutes for the cost of TurboTax.
