LONG time customer satisfied again.

Taxes were easy even with a number of life to deal with like moving and beneficiary retirement changes after becoming a widower. So glad to not have to deal with a unexpected upgrade charge from Deluxe this year.
What's great about it: No forced upgrade this year

When I returned to the turbo tax after getting code from my EMail Ihad to go through several steps to get to where I left off.
What's great about it: Relatively easy to use
What's not so great: Could not get the system to accept code when I tryed to set up an account. Tried 5 times.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Finally found direct deposit of refund to bank in "forms". This should be stated plainly in or near "Apply refund to next years taxes".
In error I marked "First time homeowners". I went back to screen and corrected my mistake but I kept getting an error notice in final review.

I HAVE 5 CHILDREN, THEIR SPOUSES AND 5 OUT OF 14 GRANDKIDS THAT WORK. MOST OF THEM HAVE ME DO THEIR TAXES ALONG WITH MINE AND MY HUSBANDS. NOW MY PARENTS ALSO HAVE ME DO THEIRS. I CAN DO ALL OF THESE WITH THE PURCHASE OF JUST ONE TURBO TAX SOFTWARE. YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT!
What's great about it: EASY. QUICK. CAN DO SEVERAL DIFFERENT RETURNS. TRANSFERS ALL INFO FROM PREVIOUS YEAR.

Fast and Easy

I've been using TurboTax ever since it came on the market. It cuts the time of tax preparation by hours. Usually I have a pretty straight forward return, but in the one year it really got complicated it saved me time and money and allowed me to complete the return without hiring an expert.
The one complaint I have is that you can't view the actual forms without printing them out. TurboTax used to have this feature but unwisely discontinued it. I'd rather have the forms easily accessible on computer than waste paper and storage space with a hard copy.
What's great about it: Cuts hours of drudgery.
What's not so great: No way to view actual forms without printing them out.
