i felt this years turbo tax (2015) had some major issues with downloading. I have used turbo tax for a number of years and seriously thought of using a different tax program. also we have always had 1 free state e-file and this year we didn't

Other than the difficulty with the Intuit verification code number, Turbo Tax was great.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax was still easy to work
What's not so great: Had difficulty with Intuit 6-digit verification code number

Certain turbotax forms did not spefically specify if it related to federal returns or state returns.
What's great about it: most forms filling them out went well
What's not so great: certain specific forms were hard to decifer

This software is written so straightforward anyone should be able to file his or her taxes provided they have all the info they need to input....year after year.

I now do my state with you also . The State is fairly easy to do on paper but since you only charge $20 it is worth it
