Quick and Easy!

Not sure why anyone needs to see someone else to prepare their taxes anymore.
What's great about it: Can bounce around different topics.
What's not so great: None really, just follow directions

I have used Turbotax since it first came out. I have my tax history all the way baco to 2001. Never had any problems in all this time. Before Turbo came out I created the same set up with the math when we where using nothing but floppy disk to run our computers with the original xcell format and turbo has save me from updating and keeping up with changes and reviewibg fed forms and laws every year. It is very reliable and easy for me.

Not Quite There

Although I have used Turbo Tax for the last several years, there is one major negative for me. We have income from a state other than the one we live in and because of this and how the paperwork is done, Turbo Tax does not allow our HOME state return to be e-filed.... This return has a very large number of pages and costs a fortune to mail, plus you have the extended wait time involved versus e-file. It would make my day if they would solve this one issue!

Had plenty of opportunities for review, plenty of chances to print, save, etc. Very easy process - takes a minute to get the hang of what's where, but easy to follow.
What's great about it: easy, quick, loved the automation of it all

This product is well designed and anticipates all the various tax situations which may apply to users.
What's great about it: Easy method of entering required data and reviewing entries
What's not so great: The e-filing process seemed a bit lengthy.

Great as usual

I have used TurboTax since it was DOS based. Simple and complete, as error free as it can be. I'm the one that makes the mistakes. I highly recommend it to everyone.

covers what most people will ever need to use. great for retirees. makes sure you enter all info needed to get the most refunds possible.

I have used this service and I do not like it. To me it is difficult to use and confusing in getting the returns filed.
