Rocked the Return!

I have been taking my taxes to a professional preparer for several years, not feeling confident enough to process them on my own. This year, I didn't have the extra funds to do that, needed every bit of the maximum refund that I could earn and decided that I would give it my best shot. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner! I was able to take my time and input the information easily, including the forms for student loan interest and dependent care expenses for childcare. It really walks you through each process of your return step by step in a precise, detailed, and thorough manner and also provides you helpful links for further explanation and assistance! Very happy to have saved the $$ on preparation fees with this product and that it is out there to help individuals take charge of managing their finances on their own and not fear tax time!!! The commercials are a hoot, and yes, it really is that simple! I had lots of changes in the past six months, to include a new job and a move...not to worry you will be asked if you have multiple W-2's or if you own or rent your home!!! What's great about it: Very easy and simple to follow and answer the questions presented.
What's not so great: Who wants to do taxes??! LOL

I've loved Turbo Tax Deluxe for taxes for our family. Very easy to use and all the questions are answered in the drop-downs where it states: Learn More!
What's great about it: easy of processing and general current questions to ask us

Easier than Ever to File

I have used Turbo Tax for a few years now. This year was the least amount of time needed to file both Federal and State returns. You have added all the right questions to make this an easy process.
What's great about it: Walk thrus are more detailed this year
What's not so great: could not get search to find a solution, maybe too broad a question, but it all worked out

I HAVE USED TURBOTAX FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND THIS IS THE WORST VERSION I HAVE EVER FOUND. WHEN YOU GET TO THE PART TO REVIEW AND PRINT YOUR FORM, THE PROGRAM (ADOBE READER) KEEPS CRASHING AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REVIEW THE WHOLE FORM OR PRINT IT. I TRIED UPDATING TURBOTAX AND ADOBE READER WITH SAME NEGATIVE RESULTS. THERE IS A BIG GLITCH IN THE PROGRAM AND IT FRUSTATED ME TO NO END. WHEN I WENT TO THE PDF FILE I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM BUT WAS ABLE TO PRINT OUT MY FORMS. THE STATE TAX FORMS COMES OUT WITH "DO NOT FILE FORM NOT FINAL" OVER TOP OF THE TAX RECORD EVEN THOUGH I DOWN LOADED THE LATEST VERSION.
