simple and happy

have used turbo tax for several years and never any problems
What's great about it: very easy, like all previous info saved to save time
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

No confusion like last year

unlike last year where they removed the in the basic package and had to rebuy the higher priced package and I also didn't get a refund for due the complicated process to reclaim about twenty bucks not really worth the headache

Great Product as Always

This year's version of TurboTax was excellent, in line with previous versions. The process was clearly laid out and the questions were easy to understand. My only complaint was regarding the Health Saving Account section. The software did not explain a certain outcome in that section, and I had to research the reason for it on the IRS website. Other than that, TurboTax provided a very satisfactory experience.
What's great about it: Clear instructions and guiding questions
What's not so great: Lacked explanation for one area dealing with Health Savings Accounts

I have used TurboTax for my taxes for as long as I can recall and I can say with the utmost sincerity that it makes the tax filing process easy.

Puzzled

I can not get a clean copy of the State taxes. I want t mail in the state since I owe them but keeps saying do not file not finalize across the pages.
Had same problem last year until Late March
What's great about it: Easy to use

Easy, not hard to follow.
One complaint, all forms should be similar, in one place state tax with held is at the (W2) end and in another (199R) tax with held is at the beginning. Caused some confusion when I saw that I had to pay state tax when I should get a refund.

I just hate filing taxes. I don't mind paying my share; I wish the regulations weren't so complex. I have used TurboTax for many many years and I'm glad to have the help.
What's not so great: The AZ state tax process is cumbersome. I wish I could pick and choose where I want to be like the federal tax forms.
