filing state taxes, mass

every time I tried to go to the pay by credit card, it went to a "back-up files" then went to a dead screen that did nothing. I tried going my taxes again step by step and every time it did the same thing. when I tried filing fed first, it went through fine. I went back to state and it said I had already filed my state. I DID NOT WANT TO FILE AND HAVE THE COST TAKEN OUT OF MY RETURN!!
I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and understand that there are glitches. But to have the state go threw with-out my knowledge, was extremely shocking to say the least.

Turbo Tax is very easy to use.

I use turbo tax every year, but this year I could not print my forms. I tried the help line but with no luck.
What's great about it: easy preparation of taxes
What's not so great: could not print the tax forms for my records
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax never fails

Betty, the representative who assisted me over the phone, was very helpful and patient in answering my questions. It was the first time in ten years of using Turbo Tax that I needed to call and ask a question. I wish I had called to ask questions years ago!

Easy File

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and would recommend it to any one. My returns are straight forward and easy to prepare, but it would be great with any return no matter how difficult. If you need help you can contact one of the pro's to help you through. It is an easy step by step program to follow.
What's great about it: It walks you through step by step with ease and you're done!!
What's not so great: Couldn't find any

TurboTax Through The Years

I have used TurboTax for many years and I have seen how the software has improved. To be honest there is little that can be change to the software as it is already user friendly compare to other software that I have used in the past. Keep up the good work!

What's not so great: Suggest or guide to credits/topics based on information entered

Bought Deluxe Turbo Tax which is what I needed. It does everything I need it to do. It is easy to follow and gives help if needed. No complaints about the software. Don't like being asked to update to a different Turbo Tax for a fee and don't like to be asked over and over.
