Always Simple and Easy

Love the step-by-step instructions and clear explanations. The navigation progresses in a logical and straightforward fashion. A complicated process (tax preparation), with many decisions and considerations, couldn't be made any easier. My hat's off to Turbo Tax for relieving my stress at tax time and making the job almost pleasant. I actually enjoy using the product.
What's great about it: Makes a complicated process simple and easy
What's not so great: None that I can think of

Been trying to update Turbotax for weeks, continuous errors on downloading forms. Should not be taht difficult or take that long.

Turbo Tax is my program. The more you can make it "a walk in the Park" the better I like it !
What's great about it: Handled everything with ease.
What's not so great: Step-by-step seemed "smoother" in 2014.

Was somewhat skeptical about using the program but was pleasantly surprised. I had some confusion through the education portion of the program. As I am not enrolled in a higher education institution but do receive education as part of my work, I wasn't sure where the deductions would get applied. I later found a spot under work expenses where it could be entered. Once completed, I compared it to the previous years return completed by a tax professional and they came out very similar.

I've used TurboTax since 1990. It has always been a breeze to file.

Good Solid Product

5 different blank forms were generated that were unnecessary.
Overall, very satisfied with product and will continue to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use; quick
What's not so great: Generates some unnecessary state forms that are difficult to get past the review.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Problems

I have been charge several years for filing my West Virginia income tax. I was understanding that one state filing was include. If WV is not included it should be stated clearly on the box. It is not. Very unfair.
What's great about it: Works well right up to the end.
What's not so great: Trying to finish has been a pain in the neck.
