I love that Turbo Tax is very simple to use. It guides you step by step so it's difficult to make any mistakes. I've been using it for years and I love it.

Got lost a couple times getting back to areas I previously filled info, but it wasn't difficult. Later found the use of the Flag function and this worked well to save places I wanted to return to.
What's great about it: Pretty simple to use

It did not let me use 1040 NB and I could not deduct my contributions, medical expenses etc. on my California State return since it filed me on 1040A. I lost money on my California State refund. Last year it allowed me to use 1040NB. I know the Schedule A did not help with my Federal return, but in order to used my deductions on State return I must have a schedule A with my Federal.
What's not so great: Could not use 1040NB

Knocked out my Refund!

It honestly took me less than 15 minutes to completely file my federal tax return. TurboTax has several buttons in case you need further explanation about certain terminology. This is the first time I use TurboTax alone and I will be coming back next year!
What's great about it: The speed and ease with which TurboTax guided me through each process was phenomenal.
What's not so great: I can't say there is anything I didn't like.

I'VE BEEN A TURBO USER SINCE THE 1990s, AND THE PROGRAMS HAVE CONTINUALLY IMPROVED OVER THE YEARS. I'VE ALWAYS LIKED THE ABILITY TO WORK MY INVESTMENTS WITH THE DELUXE VERSION, AND NOW IT'S BACK. YOUR GUIDE SYSTEM, WITH INTERCONNECTIONS AS NECESSARY TO OTHER SECTIONS, IS MUCH APPRECIATED, AND THE HELP FEATURES ARE ALWAYS SEEMING TO IMPROVE.
What's great about it: DELUXE VERSION AGAIN WILL HANDLE INVESTMENTS
What's not so great: SOME ENTRIES WERE A LITTLE CONFUSING ABOUT WHERE TO MAKE THEM

Its the way to do it!

Since we discovered Turbo Tax we have used it for years. It beats going out to offices where just a flimsy partition separates your private information from persons beside you not to mention the hundreds of dollars we would spend for tax forms. I like doing my taxes in the privacy of my home on my own computer.
What's great about it: Easy, fast and at home

This year we had out of state gambling winning and could NOT find any answers to specific questions regarding filing and/or paying in our resident state and the state the winnings came from. We had to BUY the second state online tax form and then were not able to file it electronically because we did not have a taxpayer ID # from that non-resident state. If I ever have any income in the future from a state where I do not reside- I will not use turbo tax.
What's great about it: I have used turbo tax the past 13 yrs and had very few problems trying to process tax returns
What's not so great: Not able to consult a tax advisor by phone
