Everything went smooth till my return got rejected because my deceased spouse and a
What happened
IND-941 - The Spouse SSN in the has been locked because Social Security Administration records indicate the number belongs to a deceased individual.
I had checked box and entered date of death.
I have refiled and we will see, I changed her occupation to Deceased.

Have used Turbo Tax every year since I was younger

Tax returns have always made sense to me, although I'm not an accountant. However, Turbo Tax gives me the confidence to file a clean return by stepping me through questions I hadn't considered. I'll always use it.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, easy to access forms, common sense flow of information
What's not so great: I haven't had a concern for a long time.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for approx. 25 years and have no complaints as of yet. I do not anticipate any either.
What's great about it: Easy to Use. Error free. Good Price.
What's not so great: None comes to mind
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is always helpful and reliable when it comes to filing my taxes. I've used their program for about 3 years and I get excited when tax season comes around because I know it will be easy and fast! Thanks Turbo Tax!

I like turbotax, it has been my choice for probably more than ten years now, but it was very annoying having to continually recall the program after I told it to continue.
What's great about it: worked well, easy to use
What's not so great: very annoying when after input I had to keep calling the program back, it would need to be continually reset

EASY BREEZY Turbo Preparer!!!!

What's great about it: Ease of use, good interface, quick & turbo way to do taxes
What's not so great: none???

I have used Turbo Tax for more than ten years now and it just gets easier every year. I am a confirmed customer for as long as you continue to deliver a good product.
What's great about it: It is completely easy.
What's not so great: If you don't know taxes, I can see how it could be confusing.
