What's great about it: some areas easy to understand

Very easy to use year to year because previous years data are available.

Good Product

I like the product overall. But I get a 1099-Misc from my firefighter retirement and it was difficult to deal with. All other things went well.
What's great about it: Easy data input
What's not so great: Can't put in 1099-misc without getting into business issues

I need more informative information and more clarification. More information for the common person who cannot afford a broker and does not have a qualified tax professional available.
What's great about it: The information dropdown box helpful
What's not so great: Distributions were not clear whether qualified or not

I HAD CONTINUED DIFFICULTY JUST TRYING TO FIND THE 1040 FORM TO REVIEW. I USE THE STEPS METHOD BUT THE LACK OF AN ICON MADE IT MORE DIFFICULT - HAD TO REMEMBER TO CLICK ON FEDERAL TAXES FIRST.
What's great about it: CARRYOVER OF INFO FROM PRIOR YEAR
What's not so great: NOT ALL THAT EASY TO FINDS STEPS AND SWITCH TO/FROM FORMS
