great deductions section

had to pay the IRS but turbo tax helped us pay the least amount possible
What's great about it: got every deduction thanks to turbo tax
What's not so great: didn't like that i had to pay the IRS

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBOTAX FOR OVER 15 YEARS. EVERY YEAR IT GETS BETTER. THIS HAS BEEN THE EASIEST YEAR YET. KUDOS.
What's great about it: EASY TO COMPLETE AND AND OPTIONS OF FILING STATUS
What's not so great: SOMETIMES ORDER OF FORMS IS CONFUSING ESPECIALLY USING SCHEDULE C

It's a Snap!

My tax information is not very complex so I can't answer for those who have a more complicated return, but for me it was easy to use and backup information was very helpful. I would recommend it.
What's great about it: Fast and Easy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

very easy walk through, don't personally have a need for all those deduction credits, and do not qualify for them but I can see the help for those who do.

What's great about it: Turbo Tax provided Clear information of what is supposed to be included and what is excluded on a certain form
What's not so great: I would like if the "how to save and exit strategy" was more clear.
