Significant improvement since last time we used Turbo Tax software (possibly 2011).
What's not so great: Creating Turbo account to pay for state e-filing - should give heads up

What's great about it: Easy to follow in most cases.
What's not so great: Keeps going back to start of return instead of picking up at the place where you left off. Tiresome in finding my place

Used TurboTax last year and selected Audit Defense. Boy was I glad I did when I got a scary letter from the IRS. They were so helpful and I will always do that in the future.

Love turbo tax

Great tool with lots of information & help. Love
What's great about it: Easy to follow and they walk you through everything.
What's not so great: Fees for filing but that's not a turbo tax issue it's on the government side
