Improvements make things easier.

I really appreciate the attention to detail (although it often seems to be too much). Good record keeping is important if you itemize.
The charge for e-filing state returns should be made more clear in your advertising although I still would have taken advantage of it. Your commercials show free filings. I know that is not really the case and is very misleading. It only takes you so far. No one expects you to do this for nothing!

What's great about it: Your system of checks and double checks along the way were very helpful.
What's not so great: Place in quotes when initially getting into the W-2 section not to include any 1099 forms. This was confusing.

Had to do several substitutions for donated goods of items not listed. Main one was a Motorola Tablet, selections offered were PC's and Laptops only.
What's great about it: Pretty easy for the newbee's
What's not so great: Need updated item deductions for charities

2015 refund

I use turbo tax every year. but this year it was very confusing to use. I couldn't review what I had entered. I ran two reviews for mistakes and got two different results. I just hope everything is correct.
What's not so great: this year it was not as user friendly as last year. things were not explained and if i couldnt review refund

Clear & Easy!

Turbo Tax is a fast and reliable way to handle all of your tax needs with no guessing games. I have a degree in finance, been through multiple accounting classes, etc., but at the end of the day it is hard to beat the easiness of using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Fast, covers all questions, and no guessing!
What's not so great: Really don't have any

I have now used Turbo Tax Four years... I recommended it to my adult daughter for her taxes this year. The software is very comprehensive and tries to cover all the bases that is why I commented about "redundancy". I have no complains regarding my filings with this software..
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: at times seems redundant

Turbocharged my Time & Refund!

Turbo Tax Deluxe is so worth it. I spent less time and got back more money. Deluxe walked me through every possible deduction/credit and explained them fully so I could understand if I was eligible.
Never thought doing my taxes would be so easy!
