I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years. Been great and gets easier every year.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: little slow to start up
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I'm a dedicated TurboTax customer who has used your product year after year. Got my girlfriend to use it this year. No complaints.
What's great about it: Simple, step by step
What's not so great: Virtually none

liked the way i was guided around the program however if i had a question it was hard to find the answer then on another not i didn;t have many questions because it helped me as i went along.
What's great about it: was very user friendly would make suggestions of what i needed

Easy as Pie

I have always found TurboTax to be a reliable and easy way to maximize my refunds. It's saved me a lot of money over the past few years, money I got to keep instead of giving it to an accountant!
What's great about it: quick and easy and always reliable
What's not so great: wish I could file my state without the additional fee.

Very easy, done my taxes in a few hours. It took me longer to gather all of my information. Once I had all my receipts in order it was very easy and fast to plug in the numbers. I didn't have to calculate anything - it did it for me automatically. I especially like how the refund boxes at the top updated each time something is entered. So much easier than doing it by hand the old fashioned way!
What's great about it: Walks you through step by step - LOVE the ItsDeductable built right in
What's not so great: Sometimes you need to drill through a few screens to get the answer you need
