What's great about it: It makes filing your taxes so simple

The walk through is very elementary & I appreciated the extra questions (Driver's license info) for e filing.

The software is easy to use and does multiple checks and suggestions throughout the process.
What's great about it: Walked me through every step and had links to explain any questions
What's not so great: So many different prices for the software, and always find a cheaper one right after purchasing...

Turbo Tax to the rescue

Identity Theft victims could use a little more insight, as to where IRS pin numbers can be entered, besides "other tax situations". Also, every time I use Turbo Tax it asks me to pay for the first STATE RETURN, even though it is advertised as being included. Otherwise, it is a great product.
