EASY TO USE

IT WOULD HVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO FILE STATE RETURN SINCE MY INCOME WASN'T HIGH ENOUGH. WITHOUT GETTING STATE BOOKLETS ANY LONGER, IT HARD TO KEEP UP.
What's great about it: ALWAYS SIMPLE TO USE
What's not so great: SHOULD HAVE LET ME KNOW I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME TO FILE STATE RETURN

Printing State Return

I don't like that you are holding me up to do an e-file on my state return. In the past it was easy to print my state return for filing by mail.
What's not so great: I have not found a way to print my state return for mail return.

The representives at TurboTax are great. I did not know I had to update my desktop turbotax before I could complete the return.
What's great about it: A respresentive will answer questions
What's not so great: Health Care Section did not have medicare as an option

Ease of Use

Some areas could use a little more clarity. Even though Turbo Tax makes doing taxes much easier, there are a few instances the get a little harder to understand but for the most part it is very easy to complete taxes. Most problems are probably self inflicted but each year does get a little easier. Nice not to have to learn new IRS rules since Turbo Tax keeps updating.
What's great about it: Easy to follow the bouncing ball
What's not so great: Sometimes explanation of field needs more clarity

I have used Turbo Tax for years to file my federal and state taxes. I find the software easy to use and accurate. I will continue to use Turbo Tax.

Smooth and Easy

Your program makes filing taxes a breeze. This is my second year using Turbo Tax and it seems easier than the first time.
What's great about it: Step by step approach. Very easy to follow.
What's not so great: None that I can think of.
