Great Refund everytime!

I worked through my problems by going to the help section. I have always gotten a fair return.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Difficult when trying to go back and make a change.

Major Problem

Had return finished except for Driver's License info. When I went in next day, Error 102345. By looking at other people's complaints with this problem, I could see that no quick fix was available. Tried Open New Return and selecting my AND Turbo Taxes saved return with Turbo Tax extension. Tried clicking on Browse and selecting each one, nothing. Had to start the whole return over again.

Easy to use

Took me a long time, but I still file my own taxes. The key is keeping ALL your tax info in one folder all year long.

Easy to use. Maybe more information at the beginning for new people on selecting forms vs step by step or using a combination of them.
What's great about it: step by step is good
What's not so great: did not automatically bring up my ranch records to edit

This is my first time using Turbo Tax. What a great product. I loved how it walked me through all my deductions and provided me great detail. I like how it showed my refund and provided me the risk of an audit at the end. I will us this product going forward from this point on. Thanks again.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2015 turbo tax software by me

Filling out the tax stuff is pretty easy.
What is confusing is paying to have it filed. There apparently is no charge to file a Federal Return but there is a charge for filing a state return. And the process I went through to access my account was horrible. I tried 4 times to get into my account and each time it said my password was wrong even after I reset it several times following their instructions. I created the account when I downloaded the Turbo Tax software but the software didn't seem to recognize my account until I had tried many times to access it. Not good.
